Public Bodies

HI iberia is transferring its ICT sector experience to Public Authorities. Our objective is to develop and implement living projects which enhance public authority governance . We are committed to two key ideas which redefine the current and future communication between public authorities and citizens.

HI iberia is working to bring e-Administration to public bodies, proposing and developing new, innovative projects to help improve the services the public authorities offer their citizens. The main improvements achieved with e-Administration are:

Availability: Public bodies open 24 hours to attend citizens' needs.

Ease of access: the only requirement is access to the Internet.

Time saving: no travel, no queues.

The implementation of information technologies in government processes improves efficiency and efficacy, creating links between society and e-Government. HI iberia is committed to improving state communication channels and implementing advanced models of e-Government:

Government-to-Citizen or Government-to-Consumer (G2C)

Government-to-Business (G2B)

Government-to-Government (G2G)

Government-to-Employees (G2E)
